The Not-so-Secret Garden

This spring and summer has been all about the yard. I forgot to take pictures of the house before Earl started pulling out trees. I found a view from google maps that shows what the yard looked like when we moved in...After Earl and Dad pulled out ten dead trees we started on garden space and flowers. We still have a long way to go, but the neighbors seem to be grateful for what we have accomplished so far. With the majority of the yard being on the side of the house, we sure don't have much privacy. Here's a before and after picture....
